Edge height
Around 1/3rd of the edging may be buried, which provides additional support to the edge
Full tree rings do not need to be buried at all.
Peg Length
Pegs are at least 100mm longer than your selected edging,
In softer soils you may need to use longer pegs, and or intermediate pegs on the longer lengths of edging (1800mm and 2100mm)

Some landscapers set the edging in concrete, this provides added strength when retaining heavy soil or driveways

Extra pegs or longer pegs may be required in soft soils, peg lengths 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm, & 500mm
